Eh, not so much. It was definently on the docket for me and that was known. Criteria had been established early about what we needed to get done before having any kids. Once those things were accomplished, a date was set start trying. Kid was conceived in less than two weeks. Very methodical, but then, everything I do is pretty methodical. As I recall, telling him I was pregnant was no magic moment either. He was sick, so I was sleeping on the couch so as not to catch what he had. Got bored, took the test, came up positive, I went in, told him, and I believe his exact words were, "that's great. I think I'm gonna throw up".

this is something we talked about in the begining. we were interested in knowing what the other wanted for their future. it helped make us realize that we wanted to share our lives together.

you need to sit down and talk to them... tell them how you have been feeling and explain to them all that you ahve thought and brought together as far as making your descision
