No but you can download iTunes or use the drag and drop method.

Hi. The iPod uses only iTunes for uploading songs into it. Just download iTunes at apple.com for free. You can then transfer your music from your library into the iPod's library using the import/add file option under "File." Attach your iPod to the laptop and sync/transfer to your heart's content.
