What are you talking about? Animals do have pimples and masturbate. Just look at monkeys.

Many animals can have cysts on their skin... most often we as humans don't notice is because many species that are similar enough to humans (mammals in particular) to suffer from pimples have fur. Many times hair or fur can hide the presence of pimples.
Most animals do not masturbate, this is probably because they do not derive pleasure from having sex as humans do (a select handful of other animals do have sex for pleasure like dolphins, but most it's a drive, driven by hormones during a specific mating season). Now imagine doing something that does not derive pleasure, what would be the point in that.

Most if not all adolescent mammals have a pimples but as said earlier the fur covers it. Anyone who's ever had cats can attest to the fact that they will break out in zits at about 1 year on their faces and it lasts a few months. You don't see them as big fat whiteheads but you will often see the scab or the swelling.

any animal with five digits(primates) will masturbate, and i know a lot of dogs who lick themselves alot, pretty close. and animals don't have the same skin structure that we do so they're missing the oils in their skin that cause pimples in humans. plus their all furry so the animals that do get pimples hide them well.

many animals, dogs, cats, apes, monkeys, rodents etc get pimples. we do not notice them so much because of their fur. also many pimples are caused by oil. there tend to be less oil glands on the skin where much hair is present.
animals dont masterbate because they do not get sexually aroused like humans do. scientists believe that the only animals that get sexually aroused or 'horny' are humans and dolphins.

Many animals masturbate. They do so, if they lack hands, by rubbing themselves against convenient rocks, trees, tussocks of grass etc. I have seen horses, young bulls and elephant seals doing it and I have seen film of elephants and dolphins doing it. All the primates do it.
They do it because they enjoy it. Don't let anyone tell you animals don't enjoy sex, they do - which is why they do it.
