I like cauliflower . it is nice as one person wrote, served in a cheese sauce or you can make a really easy and yummy winter's soup...

Boil half a cauliflower,
When soft blend into a cup of chicken stock.
Add a clove or more of garlic
and about three rashers of bacon
put through a blender .

serve with crusty bread

Cauliflower is an under-rated vegie

yes. I mean no. Actually I've never tried it. I don't like the way it looks. Or the way the word itself sounds, or looks, ever since I lost the spelling bee becuase of it in the third grade. Whoa is me! Curse you calyflower! uh, I mean, curse you cauliflour!
