I'm sorry, but I think there is more than one spelling error in your question which is making it difficult to find any useful information. My best guess is that you mean Hyksos, who are best known for *conquering* (not liberating) part of ancient Egypt and hanging on to it for about a century. This conquest also introduced chariots to Egypt.

I can imagine many people grinning at the idea of an 'asministration' - on which I shall not comment further.
