When you click on "Print" , a page should come up first before printing starts. On this page, look for something that says "Options" or "Preferences"- click on it and look for the option you seek; there should be things like: paper size, quality, Black Ink Only, etc.

Go to your printer properties or Control Panel then go to add Printer devices/edit properties and then right click and go to color and put it in grayscale. This is usually universal for all.

select B/W in the print dialog box. this is a general rule for most printers.

yeah u can, just go to printer settings and click on proterties and check on grayscale or black and white instead of color printout
