How do I make a music video on youtube?

People say I need music, video clips, and I need a windows movie maker, but how do I get all of them?

Music:u have to pick them urself from ur own lost of favs
Video clips:if it's to do with anime u download them, then u use windows movie maker(which shuld be already installed in ur pc, go 2 start, all programs shuld be der) to split an episode into frames and pick the the frame u want, do this with most of the episodes and finally join dem together adding ur music and den save, once dis is done upload it to youtube!
