What banks hold foreclosure homes?

and how would i approach a teller and ask them for their listings?

Tellers will not know. Even a branch manager may not know. Most large banks have a special unit for foreclosures (normally called a workout unit or special accounts management) and these homes are put up for auction through public auctioneers. If you are trying to jump the queue, good luck, as this is practically impossible to do.

Small, local banks, I agree, speak to the Manager but this is pretty sensitive information so I would just ask who their auctioneer is.
