I live with a roommate who was raised a nudist. When we first started sharing a dorm room she asked if it would be OK with me if she slept in the nude. She was brought up that way and was finding sleeping with clothes on too restricting. I said I didn't care and a couple nights later descided to try it myself. She was right, there is no better way to sleep!
She and I live together in an apartment now and we both fully embrace the nudist lifestyle--neither of us wears anything if we can help it. In the dorms it was inconvenient having to wrap up in a robe or towel when coming out of the shower or getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night when you knew you'd be naked again in a minute or two. Now my clothes is practically off before the apartment door is fully closed (OK, not quite that soon, but you get the point).
When I'm home at my parents house I'm a little more conservative. I sleep in the nude but I generally don't walk around naked if anyone else is home. I don't know if they know I sleep in the nude or not, but lately when I'm there I've been wearing nothing but a robe to breakfast, which makes it kind of obvious that I don't have at least a top on, so I suspect they might. I don't care if they know or not, I just haven't "come clean" to them yet.

I do as much as i can naked, alone or with others, indoors or out. I can't imagine sleeping with anything on..just feels too restrictive. Plus, I live on Long Island (NY) and the winter nights are cold here. It really feels great to snuggle naked into a cold bed and feel your body warm up under the heavy covers as your body heat warms everything up. Just a nice toasty feeling on a cold winter night.

I'm an adult no parents involved. If I'm in the house I'll run around nude if I can but only with hubby. Why should my parents care. My hubby is the only one who needs to know. And it is both reasons. My hubby and I just like to.

Hi California girl, I am also from California and a girl. The only time i get nake is when i am getting busy with my soulmate.. That's the only time i do. Besides taking a shower.. LOL.. A Friend.

I couldn't prevent them from finding out, as I sleep in a clear perspex box suspended from the living room ceiling, in their house.

Of course we Cali girls sleep naked, or topless with just panties...it's HOT here.
Why would your parents need to know what you do or do not wear to bed? Shut your door.

I usually sleep naked because it's more comfortable. My parents have passed but if they were still around I don't think they would care.
