I heard it's suppose to go down this Thursday.I was watching a show tonight and they said a California judge said Friday he wants this madness to be over as soon as possible and this Thursday is suppose to be the day from what I heard tonight.

An emergency hearing in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case has been scheduled for Wednesday concerning a filing Tuesday afternoon by an attorney representing Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead.

I don't know. I would say that they need to round up all the men who slept with Anna Nicole around the time of when her daughter was conceived and do a paternity on all of them. One of them are bound to be the father. I hope whoever is the father will take care of her. And I hope they find out if it was murder because if it was then they should definitely be concerned for the child.

They haven't done one yet, but Larry BIrkhead is apparently going down to the Bahamas to get permission from a judge to do one. The coroner apparently took a DNA sample from Anna Nicole as part of regular procedure, so that is one step closer to finding her daddy.

Not yet. But yet another man has staken his claim to paternity: her bodyguard/personal trainer! He claims they have had an ongoing affair. So now the possible fathers are at least 4: Stern, Birkhead, Zsa Zsa's husband, and the bodyguard.

Go figure, Micheal Jackson shows back up in the States and pretty soon their questioning the paternity of another blond haired white woman's baby. It isn't mine even if my initials are PG.

I don't know-but I still find it sort of strange that her son died RIGHT after Anna gave birth to this baby and now 5 months later she's dead- Do you think maybe Anna slept w/ her son AND HE'S the daddy? And she told her son this after she gave birth? And then decided she couldn't live with herself any longer??

not yet, it is on the schedule...god only knows....not to diss the dead but it appears she slept with every body available...she was a drug addict pig who is responsible for the death of her son, at the hands of stern, no doubt, and now, the little baby lays in the murderers hands...stern needs to pay...and soon...he is sick and has killed twice for the money...baby is next...
