Just because your b/f is not getting you anything for V's Day does not mean you should not. Honestly what you should do is think about it. Do you want to get him something for V's Day, If not then dont, if so then do so. What I'm trying to say is if you realy want to get him something then do so even if nothing is being given to you. There is the chance that he could be surprising you with something but dont count your chickens before they hatch.

Not necessarily.You could just make him a nice card and go out for a romantic movie.The idea is just to have fun and enjoy each other's company.
