that's a bit far.considering the traffic that would take you an hour and a half if it's really busy, even if say you have your own car. but if you go during the not-so-busy time which is from ten-three in the afternoon, then an hour ride would do.

You should also take into account your own convenience. Besides, luggage and suitcases (the big, traveling ones) are not allowed in the MRT. You may take a cab (the yellow ones will charge you Php70 start-up meter and Php4 afterwards). I suggest you take non-airport taxi (start-up of Php30 and Php2.50 thereafter). The cost will be Php200 - 250 maximum, depending on where you want to be dropped off (the rate I quoted you is from the airport to Diliman, Quezon City). Or you may take a cab and asked to be dropped off at EDSA. From there, take the bus going to Fairview as unlike the MRT, buses will let you bring in suitcases. Hope this helps.

Those two places are very far from each other, it's not just going to take minutes to go from one to the other. If you take the mrt from Taft Ave to Quezon Ave, that's 30 mins, but that's just the travel time: excluding the time to buy the ticket, walk, etc.. But you'll have to travel/commute from the airport to the Taft Ave station first and that would be around 15-30 mins.

If you're going to commute via taxi or bus or your own car/vehicle and drive through EDSA, it would take at least 2 hours without traffic.

Take a bus from NAIA (the route must be EDSA). Ask the conductor that will bring you down to MRT station (fare P10 ; travel time 10-20mins depends on traffic). Ride MRT up to Quezon Avenue station (around 25mins; fare P15.50 ). Then ride a jeepney going to NSO (about 5-10mins, fare P7).

If you're planning to commute, just take a cab from the airport to the MRT station in edsa. From edsa station to quezon ave station, it would only take 20 to 25 minutes. it's just a short jeepney ride from the quezon ave station then.
