Don't say Monster.com or yahoo hotjobs because neither of them are helpful.... I'd be better off going on welfare....

I'm looking for a job in the conservation field...... I graduated with a degree in Natural Resources Conservation.....

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

Try America's Job Bank at http://www.ajb.org. It is operated by the government. Good luck!

The best job search tool for someone like yourself is your University or College's career service center. It never ceases to amaze me how many students don't utlitze this. Companies targeting your field of study often contact directly those who are graduating in that particular field.

Or you find companies that do whatever it is you want to do, go to thier website and look to see what they are hiring for.

What is this degree you got anyway? Is this a science field or is Natural Rsource Conservation just how to live and use as little energy as possible? If so, you might be well versed in how to reduce fossil fuel energy and would make a good salesman for a company selling Solar panels to homeowners in Phoenix and Las Vegas.

Your better off finding friends or network with people already in the field. All those websites just take you for a loop.

Go directly to the company you want to work for, skip the middleman.
Maybe your school can help? If not, then that school sucks!

You know what doesn't work, now try something that works instead.

For natural resources conservation jobs, I would apply directly with companies or agencies that do this work. You wil have to go to the USDA website or EPA website (www.epa.gov) and search for jobs that way. Also County Websites are good places to look as well. Just google the websites for specific goverment agencies from forest rangers, forest services, National Parks and Recreation.

Have you tried job websites like Careerbuilder and Craigslist? You could also search for jobs on websites like Simply Hired and Indeed. More information at http://tinyurl.com/emdyn
