I think he'll be right there with Andris Biedrins, Eddy Curry and Luke Walton.

Probably not. Kevin Martin is still the favorite to win it. He is the only nba player to average more than 20 points with less than 15 shots per game. And his 11.1 point scoring average increase is also the most in the league

Eddy Curry or David Lee. Eddy is having the final season of his profession and he's rising as between the best centers. David Lee is ultimately getting a gamble to polish, simply by fact final twelve months Larry Brown by no ability permit him play final twelve months. i think of Eddy would desire to win maximum better participant and David Lee would desire to win 6th guy of the twelve months. in fact, the reason Isiah Thomas hasn't began David Lee extra is as a results of the fact he knows Lee has a gamble to win the 6th guy Award, and there's a shrink on what number video games a participant can initiate so as to be eligible for the award.

He has been good but KEVIN MARTIN is the guy that will win. He went from an ok shooter to a top 20 scorer in the NBA in one year!

I'd hope so since I have him on my fantasy basketball team, but I doubt that will happen.
He is already getting less minutes now that Jones has joined the team, and his production is dropping in scale. Kevin Martin or Deron Williams are probably the front runners.

I admire the guys who answered here...Yes Kapono may have the chance...and all those names mentioned really showed improvement: Eddie Curry, Luke Walton, Derron Williams, Biedrins...and of course Kevin Martin (I think he should win the most improved player)....
But I also would like Tyson Chandler to join them...

No
that's going to go to either Kevin Martin or Monta Ellis
Martin has increased his scoring from 10.8 last season to 21.1 this season
Ellis has gone from 6.8 points to 17 this year
