It's simple to fix actually. A trim wouldn't be bad, to help with that. Aveda has a product, like a masque called "damage remedy", it's great for intense hair reconstructing; they actually carry quite a bit of products that would be good in that area, to help fix AND prevent. For future, get something to help prevent damage. Aveda carries products that are made with completely all natural ingredients, so.. you won't even be able to tell you put anything in it (meaning, it won't leave your hair with that producty-feel). Try Brilliant Damage Control, keeps your hair in like a "protective bubble", for blow drying and straightening (also protects your hair from UV). G'luck with that! =)

aveda.com for locations near you, and/or product detail.

go to get your hair cut and ask them to cut off the dammaged part. That is what I tell them each time I go. If you have split ends they just get worse.

You either cut your hair short or moisturize it with conditioner. some work wonders on damaged hair.

you need a deep conditioning treatment, and probably a shorter hairstyle, at least for awhile. don't comb or brush your hair when it's wet. treat your hair as if it were made of fine, fragile silk.

best wishes.
