Well at first, I've been eating my veggies with the skin off. But when I went to the doc's a month ago, she told me that it's better to eat veggies with the skin on. So now I eat veggies with the skin on. So my answer is On.

Usually skins are left on. Depends on the veggie. Yes, vegetable are good for you.

very much a skin off kinda gal - I know its good roughage blah blah but I just can't get myself to eat the likes of gem squash peels etc

off for carrots on for some types of potatoes love the green cucumba & tomato skin
& yes i often as a snack have tomato & cucumba etc love my veges
