Ectrodactyly, commonly known as lobster claw syndrome.

It is treated surgically to improve function and appearance. Prosthetics may also be used, and genetic counselling given to parents with the condition

In the nip/tuck series the protagonist has a child with this syndrome, and a lot of stories develops from this situation

The show is called My Unique Family and it's on TLC on Mondays but I don't recall the time.

yes it was on TLC monday night the show was called my unique family it's called ectrodactyly syndrome
