Write, write and write. Write your thoughts. Write what you have done in the day. Write your accounts and everything you can. Write, and your concentration will improve.

you betcha! From my house to where I worked it was 35 miles I used to leave the house at 5:00 am and I used to count the cars going in the opposite direction. I did this as it gave me an edge at work I was breaking down mail for a mail route.

Have you seen the pictures that for the world look the same but if you stare at them real close you start to find differences. an example would be the fruit bowl in one photo it show that there are grapes but one has 15 grapes but he other has 14 grapes.

One more, if you take a number and keep doubling it, as in; 0,2,4,8,16,32,64,and so on as far as you can go with out having to write it down. really anything that stimulates your thinking is just an exercise in increasing your concentration,

The best way to learn to concentrate is by doing Meditation everyday.

It will take you 3 months to actually control your mind.

Start it today. Sit in any comfortable position you like.
Close your eyes and think of only one object or thing or situation you like most.
Dont let your mind drift away from it for atleast 5 minutes.
In the beginning you might find it difficult because you can't do this for more than one minute.
Slowly increase this to 5 minutes and so on.

You can also control your mind by lying straight in your bed and in your mind with closed eyes look at your toe, then slowly move your mind to your knee joint, then move slowly to your nevel, and slowly to your chest and then to your neck and then your nose and finally in between your two eyes and hold your mind there for 5 minutes.

This exercise will certainly bring a lot of different in your concentration.
Do this daily.

Concentration is the key for success and also the most difficult skill to develop.you should know that your concentration on your work also depends on your present attitude. If you're doing something you like, you focus on your work very well, but you can lose your attention as well as concentration when you're doing something you don't like. Therefore, try to improve your mood before getting to work and make yourself comfortable. Choose a quiet and peaceful working space, a plain place, and reduce your curiosity to minimum. Those should help. I,myself, am trying, too.

MEDITATION is the only source through which u can develop ur concentration skills.

the frst step find a place or where ur not being disturbed for abt an 10-15 minutes. wipe ur mind off frm everybody in the world. lit a candle on the table in front of u & start looking at the flame continousely for 10 minutes in starting. then close ur eyes for abt another 10 minutes & set ur mind on the god/godess & feel him/her in every part of ur body starting frm head 2 toe. after that keep the image of god/godess on the forehead in the centre above the eyes. i m sure u'll feel the differance after sometime

increase the time day by day. the best time to do is in the nit when everybody in the world goes to sleep.

i can promise it's just going to help u in ur concentration

gudluck & do inform me

bye

Unclutter your study space.
Don't look at the big picture of what you need to do. Break down chores or assignments to small parts where you can concentrate on one thing at a time and not feel overwhelmed by all that needs to be done.
Also, stay away from sugar and eat healthy....you are what you eat. Also to clear your head go for a quick walk or run, it will clear your mind

you cant reli "develope" your concentration, but you can go around it. Try working in a quiet and small place, or have someone (best if not playful friends) watching over you. This way, you'll get use to "concentrating" on work.

No magical way to do this. Like so many human functions, concentration is improved by:

Meditation
exercise
good diet
good sleep
reading
if mood or attention problems are present (e.g. depression/ADD), appropriate medication can help concentration

Don't buy into the gimmick memory pills or concentration pills people try to sell you.
