Never been to Miami.. (isnt that just old jewish retired folks?)
But I have spent extensive time in the other two.. SF is first and SD is second for what you have asked.. NYC would be third in my estimation for Social life (been there too) Maybe its just me but I wouldnt even think of any florida city as a social hub city wise.... LA would even be up there if you can breathe the air..(I love west hollywood LOL)

Well kind of depends on your idea of fun. But I'd vote Miami because of the Cuban music scene, the beaches, the night life generally.

san francisco has the best of the best people
they are all very interseting and they smart people. san francisco is very romanic and there are tons of places with nice veiws to get engaged or something like that
