No; you should say "Bring these medicines quickly." The word "fast" is an adjective, but you need an adverb.

No. The problem isn't related to the subject, though - it's the choice of 'fast,' an adjective, as opposed to 'quickly' or another adverb ('rapidly' or 'without delay' come to mind).

Take the subject of the sentence out - you couldn't say 'bring fast' so you can't say 'bring these medicines fast' You could say 'quickly'
