i would want 2 work like at the mall like abercrombie,hollister,AE.but i heard many things like u have 2 be white , have look like a model and a lot of other crap. i am a latina. and i weigh like 110. i aint no model though.

no place of employment can discriminate against you if you are or are not white. I doubt they're going to judge you by whether you look like a model or not either.
You need to go into these businesses dressed to impress, outgoing and enthusiastic and display willingness and eagerness to work and work hard. Thats what those people are actually looking for.
Besides...if you looked like a model why the hell would you waste time working at an Abercrombie store when you could be modeling for Abercrombie and making way better money.

Despite what you hear about rumors, I wouldn't believe them. Just go to your local mall. Go to the places that you want to work, get an application, fill it out, and return it. One thing that I would recommend (being in management), even when you go pick up an application, make sure that you are dressed decently. Managers don't like to see people dressed in a t-shirt jeans, believe me they look at how "serious" you might be by just that little time you are picking up an application. But, it never hurts. You will never know until you try, so go fill out as many applications that you can (in stores you want to work), and I guarantee, if the company is hiring, you'll get a call back. G'luck!

That isn't true. Go to the mall and apply for a job and I bet you will get a job. Have you look at the people who work at the malls? They are all different shapes and size and of all races. I do think you would have to dress nice, but all that other stuff is a lie.
