How to get babydaddy to sign away parental rights...?

when he doesn't pay child support and has had nothing to do with your child for the last 4 years? Nothing for Christmas or birthday either...never calls or attempts to see her...she doesn't seem to have feelings for him because he's never been around on a regular basis but once in a while she'll mention that he doesn't care for or love her...I'm on okay terms with his mom and sister...I'm at the point now where I feel like it's too late for him (not that he even tries) to have a relationship with her, but I think if I mentioned signing away his rights he won't do it just to be an asshole...plus I'm in a serious relationship and plan on getting married so I'm sure that will complicate things...

There is a court order for child support but he never pays it. I don't even want his money, I just want this resolved.

It dose not mean that with a child support order that they will sign off, I'm going thought it right now my ex is in and out of jail for not paying the support and I've tried to get him to sign off but he said I will and then never does. The only way that I know how to get the parental right taken away is to prove that he is unfit. If you have a support order if he dose not pay you need to turn it in to the court because then they will pick him up if he is not paying it. Do you have a custody order and visitation order because if you do then if the father has been away from her for over four years and has not seen her or anything that may prove that he don't want her or at least don't care enough that the court may take away his rights. But that goes on what state you are in you could talk to the court or maybe even a lawyer and they should be able to help I think. I know what you are going through so don't think you are the only one mine is with my 3 children.

File for child support. If he doesn't want to pay it he'll sign right away.
