He might pitch another five years. He couldn't even dent a couch with his fastball 10 years ago and he just keeps winning games. He proves that knowing how to pitch is more important than stuff sometimes.

Jamie Moyer should have two to three good years left in him if he stays healthy. He is a much sought after lefthander and his control is very good. He does not have much speed on the ball, but due to his location and mix of pitches, he has had success. Staying in the National League should also help since he has only a half season under his belt and teams aren't used to seeing his stuff.

i assume there is continually a probability. He has solid win totals this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, yet his era is up over 5. i imagine he will pitch this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and next yet which will be it. perhaps end round 270 wins. a marvelous occupation for someone without fastball who grow to be almost out of baseball in the early 90s. i'd like to make certain it, Moyer is between the fairly solid adult men in baseball, and he grow to be mind-blowing in Seattle yet i don't think of he will make it to three hundred.

Moyer's contract runs through the 2008 season, so I guess he'll make a decision then. As long as he keeps winning, he can go as long as he wants.

He's not going to overpower anyone but with the "Junk" that he throws he'll be able to picth a few more years. As long as he wins games theres always a need for starting pitchers. Add that with the money they throw at them, he'd be foolish to retire anytime soon.

He's like the EverReady Bunny. The Orioles thought he was on the down slide, years ago.Another mistake they made!
