Yes I do. There was a member of the old Yahoo! Answers forum that typed everything in caps. He was (and presumably still is) an arrogant, obnoxious, idiotic troll.
ANYONE WHO TYPES LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME MAKES THEMSELVES LOOK LIKE A TOTAL IMBECILE.
By the way, for anyone that keeps hitting caps lock by mistake, there's a program you can download to disable it. It's called caps unlock.

Not everyone knows proper etiquette. You would be surprised at how many people do not realize that using all caps is considered yelling. Also, there are times when I unintentionally do it. For instance, if my caps is on because I needed it for something else I may start typing without realizing that I used all caps.

As long as I can read the question and it makes sense, I don`t care how it`s typed. I think jumbled sentences and poor grammar rendering the question non-understandable is much more annoying than the use of capital letters. Sometimes, to emphasize a word, caps r of good use.

It doesn't bother me most of the time. I use all caps to stress a word in a sentence. Isn't it hilarious, though, that using all caps is considered yelling when you are actually typing and no one can hear you yell? To me, !!!!!! is yelling.

Yes! Apart from the odd word which needs to be emphasized. Don't you just hate it when people do not use full stops, comma's, question marks, etc. ? Sometimes I have to read a question 5 times before I actually GET IT!

Yes, it burns me up when an entire statement, one sentence plus, is in CAPS. Aside from the yelling thing, just turn off the freakin CAPS!!! Just stop!

I REALLY DONT THINK IT RUDE. well it doesn't mean your UNEDUCATED. Maybe when people get angry at others they might use cap locks. OR MAYBE CAUTIOUS TO WARN OTHERS.

Oh yes,..... I even see a woman use it in her 360 blogs, and just looking at it hurts my eyes. I only hope and pray that she doesn't talk like that on messenger. That must be real torture.
