Depends on the site. Usually you can't if they don't want you to.
Most programs that say you can are adware/spyware.
Otherwise, right click, save target as, and put it where you want it to go. http://www.thissiterocks.com/ is a good site to go to
for flash and videos to download.

right click view source. then search for keywords .swf. copy that link. post the link online somewhere so you can click on it. then you have the option to download.
