You're gay if you have sex with men. Not people with penises, but men- the whole package, bodies, personalities, everything.
If you like having sex with women that have penises, you aren't gay or bisexual, unless you like having sex with men, too. Our language doesn't yet have words for people who have an attraction to pre-operative transwomen. Is a man gay if he likes penises, but only on women? I don't think so. There's just no term for it except the ubiquitous 'queer', which is sorely lacking.
But, to answer your question, no, you aren't gay if you have sex with women with penises.

No. Gay men want to be with people that are completely men. Many straight guys have fantasies of getting penetrated but don't want to be with a guy, so the have sex with MTF women. Many also have sex with females w/ strap-ons for the same effect. It's more common than people think, and a big power trip for the female partner as well.

I assume you're talking about pre-op MtF transsexuals. In that case, no that would not make you gay. Since that person has the personality, mindset, and usually the looks of a complete female. I would find it funny if some people here who answered "yes" to this are gay.. Which I know a couple are. Rather hypocritical if you ask me.

no. i dont think so. sexual preference and sexual orientation are two completely different things. if a guy falls in love with a 'woman' with a penis, or rather, a man with breasts, then...... that's kinda gay. ... kinda. i dont know. maybe she's a woman with an enlarged clit? if thats the case, then -- no. not gay.
