Not anymore.. (sat and cried.. I have before... but no more) but I'll answer verse with a verse (MINE of course..).. and yeah i'm one of the rare few that actually knows the difference between poetry and verse(your style is verse BTW if you didnt know that).. (most dont.. BTW if you ever actually want to get published? drop the IM english.. you'll get rejected by a publisher with that bit.. everyone hates it particularly publishers... and yeah I'm published several tiimes over actually)
You actually have promise.. but your writing skills SUCK.. when you write you have to write for EVERYONE not just the 13 Year old wanna be gangsta rappers in yer Jr high class.. even Snoop knows that much... take the time and the extra effort and write in english.. You have the basics.. Use them and dont alienate and confuse everyone else... K?
The Walls
(C) 1998 D'archangel (Book 2 Verse 4)
I've built these walls surrounding me;
to keep you out, so you can't hurt me.
I deny myself what you may give;
As I deny my love a chance to live.
Limitations, placed there by me;
To keep out pain, and what may be
I take no risk, yet hope to win;
Do the walls keep you out, or do they keep me in?
The safer path I choose to take;
But which is real and which is fake?
Nothing ventured, nothing gained;
If you don't get close, you can't cause pain.
The hurt that I have felt before;
strengthens my walls, and locks another door.
Is the lack of hurt what needs to be?
Or the love I crave that will set me free?
Choices are made, and paths are taken;
To keep hurt away, what have I forsaken?
If I never choose to let you in;
Will I mourn what might have been?
Are inside my walls a safe place to be?
Or is it a prison, self imposed by me?

I can see the flower upon which my life grows, blooming into a rose.
See the hope and courage in the strength of the petals.
As long as I am, I will be.
The flower will never wilt or die.
As my life grows back, I shall become strong.
I shall become only dependent on one.
That one will be me.
I will rise with my petals high.
My life as a flower will bloom and prosper as I grow.
I may not be the pick of the patch, but I am just as beautiful as the rest.
I will stand as one, but not a lonely soul.
The tears will be far from my smile.

Yes, I did all the things you mentioned and a lot more I can't mention now, but here are few barrowed stanzas that may help you.
I find no peace, all my war is done;
I burn and freeze like ice;
My delight is the cause of my state.
Alas! I have nor hope nor health
Nor peace within nor calm around,
Nor that content surpassing wealth,
The sage in meditation found,
And walked with inward glory crowned
Nor fame, nor power, nor love,nor leisure,
Others I see whom these surround
Smiling they live , and call life pleasure;
To me that cup has been dealt in another measure - Shelly
Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard are sweeter;
Give crowns and pounds and guineas
But not your heart away;
Give pearls away and rubies
But keep your fancy free.
Love is not love
Which alters with the remover to remove;
Oh, no ! it is an ever fixed mark,
That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
It is the star to every wandering bark.
You can always find someone who will say
I can love both fair and brown,
Her whom abundance melts, her whom want betrays,
Her who loves loneness best, and her who masks and plays,
Her whom the country formed, and whom the town,
Her who believes, and her who tries,
Her who still weeps with spongy eyes,
And her who is dry cork, and never cries;
I can love her, and her, and you, and YOU.
Cheer up.
Goodluck.

I like that poem. It's cool. If you wrote that, you're very talented. I admire poetry and their writers. I'm a writer myself. By the way, yes I've felt that way before, but luckily, I've found someone that has changed all that for me! :)
