I'd start with showing Bush my hometown. It used to thrive on manufactuing and steel jobs, but not any more. Property values have dropped and there are more and more empty forclosed houses. I'd also take him the the unemployment department, so he can see for himself that; just because new claims have dropped in the last week, that doesn't mean that the % of unemployed americans has dropped. Unemplyment runs out, just because they aren't receiveing the benefits anymore, doesn't mean they are employed.
Then I would take him to New Orleans, so he can see and talk to the people there are still struggeling from the hurricane two years ago.
After that we'd have to take a break from all the seriousness and have a picnic at the Arizona/Mexico border. I would challenge him to a hearty game, or two, of "Border Jumper Bingo"
Then we would drive through some neighborhoods, where everything is written in and spoken in spanish. Just for fun, I'd ask him to pick out five people from that town. I'd then ask each of these people for birth certificates. When none of them will be able to show documentation, I would ask George to follow american law and deport them.
After a minor argument, when he refuses, I will give up because of the splitting migrane he has caused me and get back to business and take him to the home of a soldier who died in the Iraq war so he can meet his widowed wife and two children. Where i would ask him to explain to her and the children the purpose of the war.
Then i would buy him an ice cream cone and drop him off at his ranch so he can take a hot shower and forget everything i showed him.

I truly wonder if anything at all would effect this man enough to see the error in his ways. Maybe being on trial for his life, for his crimes against the Iraqi people and his crimes against humanity would, but I doubt it. He has got to be the most Callas person I have ever seen in a leadership position. I wonder if he was made to live in a ghetto with only corn bread to eat, and milk to drink for days on end if he would feel for the country's poor, I doubt it. I wonder if he had a leg or a hand blown off and had to be in a veterans hospital with others that were maimed for life by the actions of a corrupt president if he would recognize how bad his decisions have been. I sadly doubt it.

today id bring him to Australia to show him the research being done on stem cells
id bring him to a time before japan was still our enemy and not an Allie who has taken to the idea of democracy...this would encourage him to help the Iraqis see the same thing
and to when Clinton was president to stop him from cutting the defense budget... and to convince Janet Reno that we did have the right to kill osoma bin laden back then

I'd take him to the possible future and show him what would have happened if he had stayed on target, concentrated on Afghanistan and captured Osama Bin Laden. This would have sent an unmistakable message to the world and it would have only enhanced our influence.

I would have him speak to those who have been devesated by the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I would have him sit down with the members of families who lost people in the 9/11 attacks. I would have him listen to family after family here who lost their loved ones in both Hurricane Katrina and The war in Iraq.

I would be the "Ghost of Christmas Future" and travel to when the Southwest has been reclaimed by Mexico to show him his real biggest failure, immigration stance not Iraq, was what doomed America.

I'd be the ghost of the future and move him forward in time. Of course I would do that to any president. This would give him/her insight to any horror's they may have created.

What would you do if you were God, and could decide for yourself what was right or wrong? A ridiculous question of course, since only God can determine that.
