I've noticed a lot of the electronics I plan to take support 100-220V so it's not a problem. However, I couldn't find any information about the old PS2's. It's been years so I have no chance of finding the manual or anything. My PS2 is bone stock. Will I need a transformer?

You shouldn't need the manual. The unit should have the mains voltage for which it is designed stated on it somewhere.

As it is an older model it is unlikely to be a dual voltage or wide voltage range model, so a transformer will be necessary. The frequency of the supply is irrelevant.
