Always always always use a moisturizer! Choose one SPF in it because it doesn't matter what the temperature is outside, you can still ruin your skin in cold weather if you are in the sun.

Actually, the best skin regimen is using products that are all natural. Most people do not realize, but their moisturizers and face washes actually contain harsh chemicals, mineral oil and/or fragrance, which are all extremely bad for your skin.
Your daily skin care regimen should include face wash, toner (for the equal of your ph balance), moisturizer, spf and a good protector of the toxins and such that you don't see in the air, which can cause premature aging. Your weekly regimen should include an exfoliation at least twice a week, and a mask of some sort (either one for dry skin or a "clarifying" mask.)
EVERYONE should have a skin care regemin, and never buy products that people say, "worked great on my skin!", because EVERYONE has different skin. What may work on me may not work on you, and make sure, once again, to use products that contain all natural ingredients (i.e. Origins, Aveda, and Clarins).
G'luck, and if you have ANY questions at all, feel free to ask. I have been an Aesthetician for 5 years. =)

Seabreeze is great for men and women and they will both benefit from it. They have a cleanser that you apply to your face then wash off with a warm cloth. Then use a cotton ball to apply the Sea breeze toner. If you have dry skin you could follow up with a moisturizer. These products can be bought at Walmart but you could go into any department store and they are more than happy to help you with a more expensive brand and take your money. lol
