This is not your child's fault. The worst thing you can do to a kid is get him involved in adult situations he can't understand or control and/or force him to choose between you. (And it will backfire, big time.) Be angry. Be justified. But don't take it out on your kid.

No. Your ex is teaching your son wrong values. If he is the father of your son, he should be allowed visitation rights, but only by your time.
If he is not the father of your son, then your ex has no business being in your son's life. The man is now a total stranger and a big loser.

If this was the young me I would kick both of their a$$&$, but since im not, i dont think he should be bringing your child around someone new, i think if he wants to see his son bad enough he should come to your house pick him up and they go somewhere just the two of them. you dont want your son to be confused especially if yall just broke up, secondly when everything fllies over i think you should meet the new girl and see where her head is at, now days its not always a good idea to be so trustworthy to people that might be playing a role in your childs life

I hope karma "what goes around comes around" is true because that man deserves every bit of it. I hate spouses that cheat and disrespect there significant other like that. What the hell is the point in wedding vows anymore? Marriage is turning into a freak-in joke and the kids are the victims-so sad, very sorry and hang in there here comes a big hug=)

Hell No. If he tossed you both out. How disrespectful to you and your son. Especially if he's choosing some other chick over the son. That is not right.

as horrible and hard as it would be, yes, he should be allowed to see his son, it is HIS son , not just yours, and it is HIS dad, no matter what girl he is with and what not,, let him see your son and do his fatherly duties,, have him babysit while you go out and find a real respectable man. i know its instinct to want to say hll no you cant see your son, since your so angry, but really, you are hurting your son, and him, but your son more so, sine you love him, you morally have an obligation. try and be the mature one in this situation and show him up, besides, you know who judges us in the end... thats what you need to be concerned about. best of luck â¥

My ex left me and than married my ex best friend....but I put my angry feelings to the side...its not about you its about you son. I think you should let him see him only if the environment he is in is safe and the dad is responsible enough to take care of a child.

He does have a right to see his son. Although I would want to make sure the child is safe before allowing it.

It is your son's father. Do what is best for your son: encourage a healthy relationship between his father and him. Expect the father to help you raise the kid. Use the spare time to do something for you: exercise, spa, shop, learn something new, visit friends, take a class.

Whether you allow it or not, eventually he will be given visitation by the courts in the divorce. I must say it would look bad for your case if you refused him his right to see the child. You do need to set ground rules before you let him see the child, it is within your rights to ask him not to do or say certain things around the child.

I wouldn't. I mean if he cared so much about his son, then why did he kick him out? Some like to use their children when they think they can get something out of it and he seems like this type. He just might want to see his son just to have control of that aspect of your life.
