there's a girl at work, a manager actually, but she's the same age as me, so the whole manager thing doesn't really matter to me. sometimes she is really friendly with me, perhaps more friendly than she is supposed to be, considering managers and employees are not allowed to date or hang out.

buy anyway, i have a feeling she likes me, but im not too sure when a girl is hitting on me or flirting with me.

can anybody help me out?

side question if you want to answer---we're not supposed to hang out because she's a manager and all, but if i asked her, i think she would say yes. what should i do?

I was mainly intrigued to see this question in the Weather section, and wanted to make a crack about how she is "blowing hot and cold", etc.

However, to treat your question with the respect it deserves, it certainly sounds as if she is interested, but it could cause problems for both of you if relationships are not allowed. It all depends whether you think it is worth it to jeopardise your jobs. I would tend to think it's you that should be looking elsewhere for a job if you did decide to start seeing each other.

Ask her out for a coffee and get to know her better. Make friends first and take it from there before making any big decisions.

If a girl pops you upside your head with a toaster, she likes you.

If she does the same with a microwave, better look somewhere else.

It's better not to get involved in romantic relationships with co-workers and better to just play it safe.

Body language of flirting:

Does she touch her hair when she talks to you or looks at you?
Does she raise her shoulders?
Does she lick her lips?
