I am very smart when it comes to computers and cars but idk if i want to go into that kind of work. im almost 17 and need to make up my mind. what should i do where can i go for help with this??

thats what counselors are for in school. they can steer you in the direction for options but the choice will have to be yours.

Don't worry so much! I graduated almost 10 years ago and I still don't know what I really "want" to do. I have a great job and all, but you don't have to decide before you graduate HS, or even immediately after.
If you're planning on attending college, I would recommend taking a lot of the required general ed courses in the beginning. Those will give you a good idea of what you're interested in and you can narrow down your career path from there.
If you're not planning on attending college, see if you can have your school counselor give you a Career Aptitude test (or take one online). This will give you insight into things you may not have considered. (Find a site where you don't have to pay, if possible.)
