Culture: fundamental social values, fundamental ethics; fundamental morals have been tried and tested through centuries. Then culture evolves, evolved on the fount which is the scriptures. God's word. Not man made law. Which country reads it the best and follows it the best?

Only India is having 10,000 years of history and culture and some said countries which do not have even 200 years of history. Guys first know what is culture and try to know the importance of having history. India gave Buddhism to whole world. China thanks India for that. There are many great things about India know more about India.

Despite lot of problem, people in India are more cultured than any other country. If large numbers of citizens are cultured than country must be highly cultured.

The Indian, Chinese and the Japanese culture are one of the few cultures that preach respoect. Indian culture believes in respecting every creation of the almighty and hence it states about plenty of forms of the almighty.

definitely ukraine!!! with our yummy foods like pergoies, borsht, cabbage rolls nd much much more aswell as our unique ukrainian dancing and traditions (12 course meal on christmas eve). plus ukraine has some of the most beautiful women in the world..great bonus eh?
