Okay, so I used to watch it when I was younger then all of a sudden i went to go watch it and never sare it on t.v. again. I want to buy all of the episodes and dvds but they are major expensive. Does anyone know what happened and why they took it off the air? my brother and I used to make equipment and play all the time. We woudl trade off from being a character from dbz, then to a character from sailor moon. It was sooo much fun. Also, does anyone know a great site, or cheaper place but not illegal place to get the sailor moon seasons and movies? It would be very much appreciated. I have missed it much.

Liscenses have not been renewed for the series. It's still around, but like DBZ no longer on television. DiC got ahold of the first two seasons (and chopped it up into little pieces :(), Then cloveway obtained S and SS, and Stars is yet to be liscensed in the US (With the way our country is with homosexuality/transexuals,it wouldn't survive...). Pioneer has the movies.
Your best bet for something inexpensive is ebay.

The first four seasons of Sailor Moon were dubbed, but apparently they did not renew their licenses and it was taken off the air in english speaking countries. You might try looking for the episodes on You Tube or buying the DVDs on Ebay, which can be a lot cheaper.

it was also shown here in my place before when i was in high school
at first the dubbings were ok then later they started to sound badly
and some episodes were cut
then the next thing i knew sailor moon had a saga and there Sailor Moon had a daughter
then it was cut and never shown on tv again

I used to watch Sailor Moon too :) that was adorably old school :) lol anyways me and bros used to watch it all the time when we were younger...I wondered what happned to it! That was truly the best anime series ever :) it was really cute :) You can probably watch some of the eppys on you tube...
