Let people feel or think or talk what they wish to do and respect their freedom as much as you respect yours. It is really an awesome feeling when you see jealous people and I am sure you secretly enjoy it, besides sharing it with your husband. But, a word of caution, don't let your immediate family which includes his and your children, be affected by an outsider. Make sure your family is strong and united enough to reply to any wayward comment. Don't always respond yourself, rather let your people talk for you and defend you. For them to respond in your defence, you should invest lot of genuine love in them and dividends are certainly worth the effort. Concerning the spouses of your husband's children, always give them a gift or share your joy with them. Let them consider you the first person they can lean on, even if the issue involves their spouses. Anyway, such tricky situations require a lot of tact or lot of love. You can choose either depending on your requirement. You can also engage in a public activity like social service that will make your community and family pround of you. Finally, patience is a virtue, look before you leap, never respond when you don't know what to do, stick to some of the age-old maxims and adapt yourself to the needs of the day. Its like adding cream to your cake, I am sure you will grow to be much happier and lovlier person than you are.Good luck

There are always going to people who talk about others. If it's not your age difference then it would be something else. Ask yourself why you care what others say. Stay focused on whats important, your happiness. The people who need to judge and talk about you are not happy. Never let the up happiness of these people take away a moment of your happiness.

You're okay, the people talking about you are small minded. Live, love, and laugh. Try not to pay attention to the people around you. There's an old song, "That's Life" that says: "Some people get their kicks stompin' on a dream." Don't let them stomp on yours.

I would not care what other people think it is your life and if you are happy with it, then do not worry about what the other people say, and age does not matter just so you love each other and get along with each other. Your happiness is what counts.

I don't understand why you would be bothered by what others think or say about you and your husband. Just live your life and continue being happy. Life is too short to obsess.

Well, ignore them.. as long as you're happy with him.
Sometimes we can't do anything because it's not our mouth that's such things and we can't seal it so the only thing we can do is ignore them. Those gossip wouldn't get into you and your hubby if this relationship is strong enough.. so Ignore them and after sometimes, thing will eventually fade away.

As long as you are all happy, what's the problem? Don't worry so much about what people say about your age difference. Don't worry ..... be happy! LOL!
