Fertility drugs. I also heard that it skips a generation if it happens naturally... I also just read that eating a lot of yam and sweet potato skins helps... the african tribe with the highest multiple rates in the world eats a lot of them. Also it said women who eat a lot of dairy are five times more likely... but i don't recommend that, because dairy isn't that good for you. Anyway- goodluck!

except you're recieving fertility remedies, there is not any different thank you to enhance your probabilities of concieving twins. Your fiance's familial background has no longer something to do along with your probabilities of having twins. in case your mom is a fraternal twin (does not look like her twin), then confident, your probabilities of having twins would be bigger. Fraternal twins happen whilst a woman releases 2 eggs in one month and the two eggs are fertilized, and that type "runs in families." Now, in case your mom is an comparable twin, your probability is the comparable as all and sundry else (approximately 3%), as identicals are one fertilized egg that splits. Identicals are a random occurance. Twins do no longer bypass generations. It in trouble-free terms seems so now and back and that i will inform you which ones. Your father can carry the genentic trait for fraternal twins and bypass it directly to you (his daughters) yet can't effect his very own spouse's probabilities of having twins. So in that appreciate, interestingly to have skipped a era. desire that helped. ultimate of success.

fertility drugs will increase your chances of multiple births, but any dr worth the paper their degree is printed on will not prescribe these to you just because you want twins. be thankful you can naturally conceive and be grateful for what you get.

Identical twins will solely depend on your genetics.
You may get fraternal twins if you take fertility drugs that make you release a bunch of eggs.

lol, i'm like 99% sure there are no way to increase your chances of having twins. it's all in the genes...if you have anyone in your family who has had twins then you have a chance. if not, then you probably won't have them either. sorry

I've never heard of myths, but yes there is a drug you can take, or a procedure or something. I think its playing God though, in my opinion.
