Fertility drugs. I also heard that it skips a generation if it happens naturally... I also just read that eating a lot of yam and sweet potato skins helps... the african tribe with the highest multiple rates in the world eats a lot of them. Also it said women who eat a lot of dairy are five times more likely... but i don't recommend that, because dairy isn't that good for you. Anyway- goodluck!

fertility drugs will increase your chances of multiple births, but any dr worth the paper their degree is printed on will not prescribe these to you just because you want twins. be thankful you can naturally conceive and be grateful for what you get.

Identical twins will solely depend on your genetics.
You may get fraternal twins if you take fertility drugs that make you release a bunch of eggs.

lol, i'm like 99% sure there are no way to increase your chances of having twins. it's all in the genes...if you have anyone in your family who has had twins then you have a chance. if not, then you probably won't have them either. sorry

I've never heard of myths, but yes there is a drug you can take, or a procedure or something. I think its playing God though, in my opinion.

there is an old wives tale of putting 4 white left shoes under your bed female male and 2 infants. i dont think its true but who knows.
