Wear what you normally wear, but make sure it's clean and ironed. Look like yourself and be yourself. Don't get a haircut for tomorrow, you don't want to look too different. Just be clean and groomed. The most important thing for you to do at this point is to get a good night's sleep, eat a good breakfast with protein and carbohydrates, drink water, and be yourself. Good luck!!!!

I would shave if the position requires you to be clean cut. If not, just make sure you are nicely groomed. The outfit depends on the position you are applying for. If the position requires a jeans and T-shirt, your planned outfit will be fine. If the new position requires a bit more, dress as if you already had the position. Working for the company already is a benefit, but the interviewer will appreciate the effort you took to look nice and shows that you have an interest in the job. (Just because you don't dress up, doesn't mean that you aren't interested in the job, it's more of a subconscious visual concept interviewers have.)

Yes, you get a haircut.

Yes, you definitely shave.

Polo Khakis and boots for an interview? That dress combination is already a for-sure failure.

You may already work at the company;

you should think like you are applying as a new, potential employee.

Your suggestions are the receipe for disaster.

The answer depends on what type of position this is for. In general, you can never go wrong dressing too nicely or looking too clean-cut--you are trying to make an impression on people who value these things.

people tend to like a clean-cut and shaved person. Wear something that looks professional or is fitting for the job. What you want to present is the idea that you can change into the ideal person for the job.
