He deserves it.
If he doesn't get it, he'll be the most nominated actor who has never won.

I haven't seen any of those movies yet, but I guess Forest Whitaker will win since she already won the Golden Globe for Best Actor. I hope Will Smith wins though - he's my favorite actor!! =)

I think either Forest Whitaker or Will Smith. I really enjoyed seeing Will Smith playing in a different type of role.

First, Leo (who should get the nod for "The Departed") got the nod for "Blood Diamond." Second, Forrest Whitaker was like Jack Nicholson in "Cuckoo's Nest" in his film, "The Last King of Scotland." Leo should win for "Departed" but Whitaker will win.
