What justification can you give for experimenting on Primates...?

that has not been used already by the Nazis to do so with the Jews.

Or used by those who would keep slavery in America.

First question uses at least two used by Nazis and one used by slave owners. And don't take my word for it...look it up.

ya experimenting on primates is wrong. imagine if u got abducted by alien and got probed. that's just wrong... X(

Just an answer off the top of my head, Certain classes of chemotherapy drugs, and immunosuppressives (for MS, Lupus and the like) have known risks - but they also have potential benefit.
Computer modeling can be used up to a point when it comes to development of a drug - and then it moves up the food chain so to speak.
Other animals have different physiologies - the immune system of a pig or dog, while similar, is different than a humans. The last form of animal research to be done before a trial in humans is primates....
Because it simply wouldnt be ethical to treat humans with drugs, if we dont at least have an idea of what might go wrong. Just a "we dont know exactly how this might work, you've been warned" doesnt cut it when it comes to human trials.

Those classes of drugs were not available when the Nazis conducted thier experiements, and slavery had been abolished in this hemisphere for a while.

because we are the dominant species. I know that it is sad but they keep doing it. We don't even get to find out which drugs are animal testing free so we can make choices. If you are sick you take the medicine that makes you better, and if it saves your life or the livfe of a loved one you are grateful.

I can't see experimenting on any higher mammals;nothing above rats and mice.

animals never did anyhting wrong to deserve that.People put on death row aren't treated that badly.
