how to control the vulgarity in movies & in bar,clubs.?

this question essientially meant to know the ways to control the vulgarity shown thru movies,blue films poster etc.

PEOPLE SHOULD CHANGE THEIR MENTALITY. THEY SHOULD BE ATTRACTED TOWARDS SPORTS INSTEAD OF SUCH USELESS THINGS. WE ARE HAVING 100 CRORES POPULATION AND CANNOT WIN 10 MEDALS IN OLYMPICS.

Vulgarity will be in currency as long as there are vulgar people and people willing to patronise such vulgar display of obscene things. People should learn to enjoy works of art that appeals to their aesthetic sense. Reading literature is a whole entertainment. There are ever so many TV channels which provide informative programmes. Besides, you should know to go out to see nature and enjoy the beauty. We seem to be losing touch with Nature and caught in the concrete jungle. The moral is that go back to Nature.

Rather than try to control it or impose restrictions, you could just not frequent the offending bars and avoid the movies that may offend. What country are you referring to?

I think the best way is to stop encouraging it.
we tend to encourage all this stuff by watching it. if these institutions would not have the audience and the fan following they would realize it is not needed by the society and gradually stop it.

In India the Govt. gives licences and permits to bars and clubs, censorship certificates to movies; and gets high revenues. Vulgarity and obsenity is highly improper and condemned. The peoples' government should restrain it. Youngesters enjoy and participate practically and spoil their lives. Aged simply see, watch, enjoy and fulfill their lust. It should however be stopped with suitable legislation/enactment, though very difficult. Sexual activities among Gods & Godesses are wellknown in India as are evident from the ancient sculptures, books, etc.

There is age restriction for marriage in India, 18+ for girls and 21+ for boys. If married, the under aged , their elders and others who got performed such marriage will be punished under Child Marriage Restraint Act.
Premarital, extramarital or unwed sexual activities (intercourse / coitus) are not barred / prohibited and are no offence in any Indian law. Wife’s sexual intercourse with other/s is also no offence, hence no prosecution or punishment to her. Even her sex partner also cannot be punished, if was unaware of her wedlock or had sex with consent or connivance of her husband. However the police cannot arrest or prosecute him. After divorce also her husband is bound to maintain or pay till she remarries, even if she is permanently / continuously enjoying sex with all other/s. Pre marital sexual experiences (intercourse / coitus) with other/s cannot be a ground to seek divorce under Hindu/Special Marriage Act. In Islam, it is great sin and heinous crime against government/society punishable with publicly lashing/ death by pelting stones.Muslims firmly believe and strictly practice the teachings/commands of their holy book Quran & their Prophet, which is their Code of Life at all times/places. They have the written, clear and unambiguous teachings to guide righteous or wrongs, pious or evil, fair or unfair, etc. They follow them blindly in matters of responsibilities, liabilities, rights, daily life, marriage, private & public relation, business, trade, earning & spending, etc. etc.
