Trust! You cant trust anyone not even yourself. As children we were berated and punished for feelings that were natural. So we develope false ideas and feelings.We cannot be who we were ment to be and enjoy ourselfs. So we go about life thinking we are not good enough and everyone else is better, which is not true.Its complacated.
