Can A Yeast Infection or a UTI cause you not to conceive?

Yes. It's really easy to get rid of though. A urine test will tell whether or not you have a UTI. your doctor will prescribe you a medicine probably k-flex for a week and then your good to go. Drink tons of water. Also if you pregnant with a UTi it's not good for you or the baby and needs to be treated right away. i had one when i was 10 and a half weeks and had morning sickness really bad so i couldn't keep down the pill. they kept me in the hospital for 7 days and gave me medicine through an Iv so that it could be treated promptly. Good luck on getting pregnant! :)

No unless its really bad... but the UTI has nothing to do with the uterus, and the yeast infection has to do with the vagina... so unless its really bad and escalating to a pelvic infection I wouldn't worry about it messing with conceiving. I hope this was helpful!!

First of all, why would you have sex if you had a yeast infection or a UTI. Wouldn't you be too uncomfortable and wouldn't sex be painful?

yes a yeast infection could mess up your ph lvl and kill the sperm off. but i wouldnt use it as a BC meth.
