I am visiting Dubai in a week and would like to meet Euoropean, Russian, or Persian girls to dine together and talk over issues of interest, have a nice time (with no bad intensions). I am 33 yrs old handsome business man.
Hope to get some advices but dont advice me to go to clubs and discos, they are polluted.

You don't need to date via internet for that. Get here and you will meet them in streets or hotels. Keey your eyes open and you will get them.

I am curious what you mean with 'no bad intentions'. That you are not going to kill them or that you are not interested in s.x?
Because if you did not mention about the bad intentions I would have tought you were looking for the more exclusive working girls. Now I am not complete sure what sort of advice you are requesting.

The weird thing is; apparently English sites are blocked but most of Arabic dating sites are still accessible. According to this study:

You will find a lot of "girls" in Dubai streets, but take care, Dubai is quite harsh if you even seem to be solicitous.
If it is "good intentions" - don't go looking for "girls" in Dubai!
