What is A dang ghet lam?

I looked across the web for the answer to the question but could not find it. From what I found I believe that it is Vietnamese for something and the closest answer to your question I could find was, "spread out blue ghet" and I am completely stumped, sorry if this didn't helped, but I felt like I needed to help you with this question. :)
