i was injured here, causing me a lot of pain, and ive tried many things, none are really giving me any permanent relief, so if you have any ideas for me,i'd appreciate them greatly

I was hit by a truck several years ago - did a whole lot of asking arond - and I worked in a large health food store - so I had lots of opprotunities....
out of the people I know, one said that it worked for good. My boss had it done, he said it lasted a couple of days. The rest said they wouldnt bother a second time or something to that effect.

I eventually settled on Yoga - it helps more than anything else I tried. Helps me deal with stress too - and that helps with the pain as much as anything.

There is a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches how to help yourself get to all the muscles you need to. Whether you use a chiropractor and massage therapist as well like I have to because of other problems it will show you where the pain is coming from and how to fix it if it has anything to do with the muscles. 75% success rate.
