Yes,powerful people have powerful mind. But they don't get this power easily. In order to have powerful minded , you shouldn't be drink and smoke, using swear words,don't steal other's property, and don't harass every gender by physically and verbally. You might not trust me ,but :P . If you try to be positive,you can pull out your powerful mind. Everyone has powerful mind,but it's really hard for them to notice their abilities.
