Depends

A night out with a bit of extra hot naughty along the way... just a step more than usual...

I always liked coupon books to be redeemed somewhere along the way for kisses.. massages ... whatever...

a shirt he likes or pants he likes

a hair make over LOL

go back to the night out .... much nicer

or if you are practical, and I am,

something he really wants but will not buy for himself, maybe a camera or something...

Having the "manly man" that I have, flowers and a box of chocolates aren't really his idea of cool. I've started making him a little gift basket of his favorite goodies which include jerky, jars of garlic and jalapeno stuffed green olives, his favorite "gourmet" chips and snacky stuff like that. I wrap it up all girly and pretty and he is quite the happy camper! You can even stick a can/bottle of his favorite beer in there! He'd love it. Make him a scavenger hunt to find the rest of the 6-pack and put the first clue in the basket with the rest of the goodies. Have fun and happy V-day!!

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

If you'd rather not use the computer so much, try graph paper to sketch out the puzzle and use real pictures or pictures from magazines.

Well my husband and I kind of boycott the Holiday but we do romantic stuff for each other all the time.He just bought me a crazy looking stuffed frog that hops because I was having a frustrating day and thought it'd make me laugh and it did. I just cut him out a silly little creature and cut out the words Hi Honey in bubbled letters and laid it out on the counter the coffee pot sits so he'll see it in the morning and start his day with a smile!
