We both teach at a very small school, and we've gone out to have drinks with friends before, but no follow-up whatsoever. I think she's awesome, and I'm pretty sure she's unattached. SHould I put a valentine in her box, and if so, what should or shouldn't it say?????

I would say yes, you can send her a valentine.. since there was no follow up on the last date though keep it simple.. Don't do something that will make you work relationship complicated.
Maybe send a "kid to kid" valentine... it would be cute and non threatening... or maybe a small box of chocolates.. something with like 2 or 4 sweets. Don't go over the top...

well, yes you should put a valentine in her box. and you can either leave it annonymous or put something witty and sign it. nothing too romantic or personal. but perhaps something funny because i think everybody loves a laugh. but definitely do soemthing if you want to because you only live once!

from one woman's point of view...just give her a simple, friend, and humorus (nothing mushy or lovey-dovey) card. sign it with your name only. You did say she was just a co-worker, right?
go ahead and put it in her box
