what time is 19:32 PST and 23:59 PST? can you translate into regular time for me like 1:59 or something please

11:59PM

It is in just in the 24 hour clock, used in military and maybe airlines etc. If it is over 1200, you just subtract 1200 and put PM on it. If it is under 1200, it is AM.
